Brighter Outlook have been looking after the large Eucalyptus in my garden for several years now, trimming her by 30% every few years. The time had come to drastically reduce her height as the tree is really too big for it's location. Joe and his team of experts managed to get her down to 3M in a day, despite the proximity of neighbouring fences and a 6ft deep Koi pond. I can't recommend Brighter Outlook highly enough, always a pleasure to deal with and their work is first class.

Brighter Outlook provided an excellent service for the removal of a tree and pruning of two others. Joe has been friendly and professional throughout - keeping to appointments, giving good advice, ensuring we complied with local authority requirements and being flexible (giving further quotes) when we wanted to consider other options. The team who completed the work arrived on schedule (on an icy day, too!), were friendly, knowledgable, undemanding and did a great job. Everything left tidily and the garden looking so much better. I would highly recommend.

I found the service was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous with a friendly approach. The prices were fair & competitive. Punctuality was excellent , they arrived when expected & their workmanship was outstanding. The site was left clean & tidy . I would definitely recommend them .

Joe and his team removed some dense and overgrown Thuja trees from our front garden and replaced them with pleached Photinia Red Robins. The team worked very hard and completed the work in one day, with all the debris removed. We are delighted with the result. Joe was very helpful throughout and made an additional visit before work started to advise us on the size and number of trees to order, and to reassure us that we were doing the right thing!
