Really happy with the work completed it was quite a big job, as I wanted to update my existing bathroom, and have the addition of an ensuite in a bedroom as well. Emral did a brilliant job with sorting all the pipe work, as it wasn’t a standard system. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a competent builder!

Ermal carried out several plumbing jobs in my kitchen and bathrooms to a very high standard. He is clearly very skilled and knowledgeable, carefully diagnosing each issue and trying different approaches to find the most efficient and cost‑effective solution. All work was completed on time, with minimal disruption and everything left tidy afterwards. He also gave helpful advice on longer‑term fixes to prevent future problems, which showed he really cared about doing a thorough job rather than just a quick repair. Ermal fixed my bathroom's leaking last month. The job was nicely done as scheduled. I was completely satisfied and so glad that I made a right choice of choosing Bright Decor for the job. Ermal was very kind and patient to explain my suitation and suggested the practical fixing solutions. Finally, I decided to redo the tiles above the bathtub and fix the flooring under it. Ermal and his apprentice did a fantastic job re flooring our main bathroom and fitting new toilets.
