We had a very positive first experince with Bright Decor London Ltd. It was for our downstairs cloakroom refurbishment. Ermal discussed all the details with us and always gave professional and practical advice. The work was carried out professionally and completed within a tight schedule. Ermal and his team carried out a full renovation of my two-bedroom flat. He is a very pleasant and hardworking professional. They completed the job thoroughly and within a short timeframe. He carried out all the work I requested to a high standard and at a reasonable price. There were a few instances of miscommunication, and at times he was a bit argumentative. However, he ultimately delivered everything exactly as I wanted. I do feel that avoiding those disagreements would have made the process smoother. That said, he is genuinely kind-hearted and easy to work with overall. I highly rcmmnd.

Really happy with the work completed it was quite a big job, as I wanted to update my existing bathroom, and have the addition of an ensuite in a bedroom as well. Emral did a brilliant job with sorting all the pipe work, as it wasn’t a standard system. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a competent builder!
