We needed quotes for condensation problms in the loft and a leak in the valley of the roof. Billy came out and gave advice and information about the issues and how they could be solved. He provided an itemised quote and communication was good about date changes needed because of the weather. All the team were friendly, worked hard and tidied up as they went removing all waste. Would recommend.

We decided to get a couple of quotes for a new roof. Billy came and gave a couple of price options for the work- no hard sell at all. We were really pleased with the quote and Billy gave the breakdown with timescales for a new roof and remedial work. Communication was excellent throughout. Really great, they came and looked at it within hours of the posting. They quoted there and then and they did the job at the time they advised the following day. They provided all parts and matched the tiles perfectly. Really good service, no issues, a delight to deal with.

Our roof needed a small repair where a tile had slipped, the membrane perished and rain was getting in. Bridgnorth Roofing Services were quick to respond, did not want silly money for a relatively straightforward job and impressed me by taking photos as they worked, so I could see what they had done with getting on the roof myself.

Excellent service from initial quote to completion of the job. Billy organised the full package, advised on the the type of tiles, organised the scaffold and recommended a renderer when we discovered the chimneys needed some work. All his workers were courteous, polite and really helpful. Every day after the shift they cleaned up and left the place spotless. They have provided us with a quality new roof that we are really pleased with. We would highly recommend .
