  Luca arrived on time and was hard working from the moment he arrived to the time he finished. The lead was in a worse state than I thought so he fetched a new roll and replaced it the same day. Would highly recommend Luca and will now be my go to builder.

  Luca was excellent. Worked hard and delivered as agreed. Was flexible with ad-hoc refinements to requirements, and could give useful advice to me about materials needed. He went the extra mile regarding tidying up afterwards.
