Louis and Mark did fantastic job for me in Kempston area Bedford. Louis provided a breakdown cost of each work, and only requested payment after each work was completed. He didn't require upfront payment, did the job to highest standard and cleaned up after the job was completed. I was so impressed with the work they did for me in Kempston area, which lead me to re-hire Louis and Mark to work on my new home in Brickhill area of Bedford. I hired them to do painting and decorating the whole house, garage conversion, block paving the driveway and adding side door to the garage.

Garage conversion to habitable room.

I employed Louis and Mark after reading a good review on check-a-trade. He was the only builder who provided a full quote breakdown. The work was completed within 4 weeks and comprised of demolition and removal of the old garage, brick work abd installation of new roof and boarding the new walls and pplastering. The work was completed to a very high standard, exceeding my expectations. At the end of each day they cleaned the site. Unlike most builders who want payment upfront, Louis invoiced each Friday for the work completed that week. We couldn't be more satisfied.
