Cos is very good at his trade. Hard working, Good communication and excellent time keeping.

We had a short stretch of a very old retaining wall in garden repaired which had been damaged by tree roots. A general odd job person we know suggested we find a skilled brick worker who would understand what needed doing and do it far more efficiently and this is exactly what Cos did. It looks so much better. A lot of reinforcement took place within the wall and parts were rebuilt. The original curved design of the wall was preserved. Very pleased with the job.

Cos was very friendly and extremely responsive by message. It took a while to organise only because of us, as soon as we were ready to get the work done Cos completed it fews days later. He removed the old pointing, the concrete patches and fix some damaged bricks before repointing it all. I like that he took the time to explain what he was going to do, the type of pointing, the reason for doing thing and not something else, and gave us some advice to fix our patio. Overall we've learned something and we got a beautifully pointed front house 😃

Communication before, during and after the job was very clear and he is extremely courteous. Turned up when agreed. Carried out the work to a high standard, very neat and tidy and cleared up after himself leaving the area cleaner than when he started. Very happy with the work carried out and will use him again should the necessity arise.

Great communication from the beginning, calling to talk through the job and explain the quote details, then clear on booking in a date and then coming even sooner in the end. Pleasure to deal with on the day, very friendly and communicative. Efficient and great quality job, all whilst explaining what was being done.

Cos was very reliable, very honest. He did a good job, very meticulous. A good find. I would definitely recommend him.
