Responded to my request promptly and was able to come out the next day. Quote was reasonable and was reassured that the issue with my door not closing properly could be resolved. Was shown what the issue was and how it had been resolved in less than an hour. Job was completed thoroughly and to a high standard. Repair is guaranteed for a year. Was also advised that the door that had been installed was an internal fire door and was not suitable really as an external door but no hard sell to have a new one fitted just that they could if I wanted to do that in the future. Would use again.

This was a repair rather than a replacement frame. Necessary pieces made specifically for this job. The finish is do good you wouldn’t know it had been repaired

We asked Steve to come back to do some more work for us as we were so pleased the first time he came. This time he repaired and re-painted an interior staircase and restored an external door - both now look great. We also asked Steve to do a number of other jobs for us while he was here (including making an external gate) and we are very pleased with everything. As before, Steve was friendly, punctual, reliable and tidy.

Steve mended some guttering and replaced a broken light, high up on the house, that shines down the garden. He's a really nice bloke who does an excellent job. Whilst up on the roof he spotted some broken tiles and, at no extra cost, took time to replace them for me. Highly recommended!
