As far as we can tell, Braymont’s team has done a good job and in good time from beginning to end of the slot allocated. We do have some issues with admin and communication: these make us hesitant to use them in future. It was a very simple job removing a chimney breast and making good the roof from the outside; the team did not need to access the roof from the loft space: I cannot account for how clean and considerate they are on an internal job. All scheduling was by email & text. No call/message to clarify details the week before: this led to three unexpected/disappointing consequences.

Dave and his team were simply amazing. From start to finish they did a good job. They were quick and efficient. Council also came and check all work down and no issues were raised. Didn’t make a mess or leave a dirt. Tidied up after them. Will definitely use them again. A friend came and immediately employed their services. Many thanks Dave and your Team.

We used Braymont Construction to bury 2 cable ducts under our driveway. We had a deadline by when the work needed to be completed by to link in with other works and David's updates on when the company were going to able to do the work provided us with reassurance our deadline would be met. The team were friendly & professional, arrived as planned and completed the work to a high standard, returning the driveway to its original condition. We were very pleased with the work and the final bill was as quoted. We would be happy to recommend and use Braymont again in the future.

The team did a great job and we are very happy with our extension (2 floors, 1.5 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and a very steep garden). They also helped us make informed decisions when required. The team were respectful of our home and neighbours; we live on a narrow terrace and our neighbours speak positively of the team which is testament to this. We did have a couple of snagging items (no surprise when extending a late 1800s house), these were all rectified promptly. I am also leaving this review over a year post completion and no issues. Would definitely recommend!

Very efficient service fixing front step.

Braymont construction limited did a fantastic job on building my fence with concrete posts and concrete gravel boards excellent workmanship fast and efficient.
