From day one Brays provided us with a faultless service. Everyone without exception - Simon, the admin girls and the crews on the trucks- were friendly, helpful and extremely professional, we truly felt we were being looked after by a family. We were equally impressed with their commitment to recycling their packing boxes in aid of charity, raising thousands of pounds in the process. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Bray and son offered us the cheapest quotation (of four) but we would have chosen them anyway. They offered us a detailed and, as it proved, accurate account of what they would do, and when. The packing up day was efficient and carefully managed -just how careful they were did not become apparent until we started to unpack in our new home, and found everything beautifully wrapped. On moving day itself the team were excellent. We moved out on time and everyone was cheerful. When we were delayed by a car accident on the A21, they worked quickly to recover lost time, and were very patient

Excellent service, friendly, competent and amenable. We had the full packing service and the team took a lot of the stress out of the moving process. We would highly recommend.

The service was extremely efficient and therefore the move was much less stressful than it could have been. The service included packing, which was done carefully and with no breakages. I realised that, without this service I would never have been ready to move in the time that was available. The crew were great; friendly, helpful and hard working.
