The young man who arrived was both professional and efficient. He did everything he could to make the door even easier for me to lock on the inside.

The chap who arrived was helpful beyond belief. First he realigned the door and then tried to lock it before finding out that the lock was actually broken inside. He then replaced the lock. The job was carried out professionally and to my satisfaction.

Positives - fast to respond to initial request, friendly manner. Negatives - 1. refused to provide a written quote, invoice or receipt - meaning I cannot make insurance claim for the costs, so I've lost £575 2. insisted I transfer money to his personal bank account instead of company account (tax avoidance? fraud?) 3. blocked my mobile number when I chased for documents/ explanation. 4. excessive cost and door still do not open/close - he said I needed a carpenter. 5. tried to contact him and head office many times but refused to engage
