Work involved replacing bath with shower, fitting new wash basin and cabinets concealing all pipework and re-tiling . Required concrete floor to be broken up so pipework for low-level shower tray could be installed, as well as running new wiring for more powerful shower Very pleased with the work carried out. There was a minimum of disruption and I was able to let Nick get on with the job which he completed well within the expected timeframe. Found Nick to be very reliable, he was easy to contact by phone or text in the planning stage and always responded promptly.

We requested a quote for a full strip and re-fit of our bathroom. Nick came out on a Sunday (on a bank holiday weekend) to take an initial look in order to provide a quote. We really appreciated the time taken to visit, review and discuss potential different options, particularly given the room is a small and awkward space. We then promptly received a quote for the works that same evening. We ultimately chose another contractor who had availability to progress the works sooner, but were grateful for Nick's time and professionalism.

I needed to refurbish my small, outdated bathroom to make it more modern and functional. Nick did a fantastic job. His communication was excellent, providing a detailed quote and asking for my input throughout the process to ensure I was happy. He was tidy, professional, and respectful and ensured the front door remained closed due to my house cat. I felt comfortable having him around. The price was fair, and he showed great attention to detail. Although rare, any issues I raised were fixed without hesitation. I'm very happy with the result and would highly recommend him.
