James Brannan and his team built us a 4x5m extension to our lounge with a roof lantern & bifold doors, plus a new patio. The company impressed from the outset, providing the most detailed and accurate software-generated quote and cost-breakdown. They started on time and all the trades - from the brickies to the guys who built the patio - were brilliant: punctual, reliable and tidy workers. James was in regular touch and we were never left wondering about next stepd. None of the inevitable delays were down to Brannan, and James ensured any issues were resolved. We're delighted with the result.

James and his team work on our property for approx 4 months. Works included removal of supporting walls, removal of old kitchen, new plumbing and electrics and install of steel work. They also blocked off a window and installed a new door. James and his team were very professional and courteous, always willing to explain progress and give clear explanations and recommendations. They were always on time and completed the work in good time. What really has stood out is that, even once the work was completed and payment made, James was quick to respond to any questions, such as for building regs.

From the first meeting I trusted James to know what needed to be done, advise on Architects and building regs required He raised aspects I had not thought about, presented options and pricing, contacted me for decisions, and managed the whole 5 month project very successfully. Arranged very skilled and friendly tradesmen to be on site as required to work around other contractors so the refurbished place was completed, clean and ready for me to move in on agreed date. Brilliant work.

Brannan has a great team. They are polite, helpful and determined to do the best for the customer. When we asked questions they were happy to explain and help us decide the best course of action. From our first meeting it was clear that James is really into the detail. The estimates were accurate. A good experience and a result we're really pleased with.

James was really personable, readily contactable and generally inspired confidence from the outset. James and his team were all very friendly, provided helpful advice and insight where we lacked experience The regular updates regarding cost were re-assuring during the high inflationary six-month period the build spanned, and allowed us to make informed decisions as the renovation progressed. The quality is fantastic and we’re really happy. Even when the project was finished, members of James’ team made themselves available to respond to our questions.
