James responded quickly to my request for a quote to prune my apple tree, which I accepted. I would highly recommend James, and will be contacting him next year for further work. I am really pleased with the work James did to fell a large cedar tree in my garden. He responded quickly to my request for a verbal quote, following it up the same day with a written quote. He has been easy to communicate with and has done an amazing job. He also left our garden tidy and removed all traces of the tree. We have Branch Walk Tree Care for 3 times now. They are efficient and always arrive when they say they will, and carry out the work to a high standard including clearing up afterwards.
