Steve came to view the work and promised a quote which was never sent and he ignored my follow up text. What is the point of taking time to assess the work and then not bother to quote - waste of my time and his. Very disappointing - he seemed pleasant and interested int he work. Very surprised at getting ignored.

Steve did a wonderful Job in replacing our old boiler and pump etc. Very clean and efficient. He also carries out our annual service. Prices are very competitive.

Bradwell Heating was excellent throughout. They was very patient with us and explained both the problem and solutions to us. Once we had agreed to proceed with the work, Steve took all the pressure away, he confirmed a start date, was on time arriving and completed the work needed with no fuss.
