⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Newport Pagnell Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Stephen was incredibly helpful from the first contact, quickly understanding the issue and, most impressively, attending my home the very same morning. What really stood out was his willingness to help despite it being a last-minute emergency, and his flexibility around his own personal commitments. The job itself was a simple replacement of switches, but it got my central heating back up and running.

I recently contacted Steve to resolve a leaking tap in my bathroom. He came out quickly and discovered the problem. He went out and purchased a new tap for me (as the they did not supply the part anymore) and fitted the new tap all within a couple of hours. Wonderful service. Bradwell Solutions have fitted me a new boiler, service my boiler and fitted extra radiators over the past few years. Great service and highly recommended.

Steve has serviced our boiler each year for a few years now. He has proved to be very professional and reliable. This year I was particularly grateful for his advice about our shower. I was able to move forward and contact the seller. All has been repaired. I’m grateful for his generosity.

Steve came to view the work and promised a quote which was never sent and he ignored my follow up text. What is the point of taking time to assess the work and then not bother to quote - waste of my time and his. Very disappointing - he seemed pleasant and interested int he work. Very surprised at getting ignored.
