  Cut and cap gas supply, cut and cap radiator pipes, replacement of a thermostat which was broken.

  Brad is courteous, reliable, quick and fuss free to book the appointment, turned up on time, kept work area clean. Lovely neat job- he did it really well and properly taking no short cuts. Delighted. Thank you. Will call upon Brad again- great to have a reliable gas safe engineer.

  I lost my heating but not hot water. I called Brad who managed to fit in a diagnostic visit around my work and after a long day. I was made aware of the call out charges in advance, so no surprises. When he arrived he was polite, listened to the issue and what I had already done. Double checked connections etc and found a couple of issues. fixed what he could and got the heating up and running. Advised on some new parts (thermostate etc). was not pushy, very honest. I had him back a few days later to replace the advised parts. Same proffessional and friendly service.

  Brad was brilliant - highly recommended. He was quick responding to messages, arrived on time and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem with our underfloor heating. We now have a warm kitchen again!
