Bradfield AC were excellent at every step of the journey. Communication was excellent and everything followed up when it should have been. Installation itself was on time and undertaken with due care and attention. Cleaning up was excellent and suitable instruction to our new unit was provided. No hesitation in highly recommending!

The tradesman was very helpful but couldn’t see why it is not working. He has taken the unit and said he will see if he can find the cause. I thanked him and told him if he can fix it, he can sell it or keep it. As I have already purchased a new one.

Damien did an excellent job in the servicing of our 4 air conditioning units. He was great with communication and flexible with arranging dates. The work carried out was to a very high standard and he spent a considerable amount of time to ensure all the units were cleaned and running as expected. He was also very tidy.
