  Our central heating system (a gravity system hadn't been serviced in at least 5 years if not more) had broken down during the snow days, with two children under 4 this was incredibly stressful. Malcolm came to our rescue, with over 40 years of experience, he worked meticulously for hours clearing out the sludge build up and replacing parts. He didn't cut corners + explained things clearly along the way. We felt completely reassured and in safe hands. Malcolm is professional, honest and takes pride in his work. We will always recommend him to everyone, a true expert and an absolute lifesaver!
