It was a good experience, Gary was honest in his quote and the work he would do. Competitive price and lovely, helpful experience. Only improvement would be proactive communication but overall very satisfied.

Contacted via checkatrade for replacement of a misted window pane. Gary responded almost immediately with an estimate, visited the next day to confirm measurements and replacement was supplied and fitted the next week with no mess nor bother. Excellent prompt professional service at a very reasonable price.

Came out the same day to my enquiry to look at two UPVC doors where that were misaligned. Gave me a reasonable quote that same day returning the next day to complete the work. Very happy with the service provided.

Purchased new build 5 years ago and developer installed cheap window fittings which seized up meaning we couldn’t open the windows. Jack professionally replaced the handles with higher quality replacements. A great job and the work was completed really quickly with the area left tidy.
