I had L2 fault on gas boiler which had stopped. I made a request on Saturday. Bracken responded quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote and attending my property the next day. Excellent work, neat ams tidy, great communication. John was soo good that I have asked Bracken to do my regular annual boiler servicing moving forward after this work. Highly recommended tradesman.

John works with the reasonable diligence and experience in his work is visible. Prices are, as per my experience, affordable. There was a small mistake with working hours but nothing major.

I can't rate Bracken Boiler & Plumbing Services highly enough. They came out late on a Friday evening knowing that I had no heating in very cold weather - and returned to ensure that my boiler was reliable and functioning in a sudden ie snap. Very efficient and thorough.

John arrived promptly, very friendly and efficient. He did a fantastic job, we needed a few parts replacing, and he did those whilst he was here and charged a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend anyone to use his Services, we will definitely use him again.
