9.33 Great platform for chimney repair work

Worked hard to build me a very secure platform above first floor level for my chimney repair work. Even though finishing two hours after dark, no short cuts were taken. The word count doesn't allow for an in-depth review, but it’s a shame to have experienced poor service and behaviour from Ben at BP Scaffolding. Despite accommodating an early access request and storing of materials on-site, undue care was taken and damage was caused to the property, which the company is refusing to take liability for. The hire period was for 4 weeks, but it has now been more than 7 weeks and the scaffolding hasn’t been fully removed. No urgency to do so has been shown and a date for removal hasn’t been provided. Ben provided an excellent service - It was a tricky set-up and I had many requirements. Ben was very helpful discussing options, and the resulting scaffold met every requirement I had. Superb service, reliable, flexible (adjusted scaffold, organised a pulley when needed) and all kit was very clean (which was important as it had to be carried through our house). I am a hardworking, reliable and a very polite person with years of experience and I have done site work and town work.
I've done a lot of jobs, and all my jobs are tidy, and I emphasize on safety.
I have really good prices and can beat any.
the kit I use is well maintained and brand new.
I make sure all my customers are happy, and jobs are put up in good time and taken down straight away. All PPE is worn at all times, and I work to TG20.
I offer free quotations, and I am fully insured.
I have CISRS scaffolding ticket, SSSTS supervisor tickets, Haki, scaffold inspection and also HGV/ CPC license.
I have a big portfolio of all scaffold jobs completed if needed.
