  Poor service and behaviour

  The word count doesn't allow for an in-depth review, but it’s a shame to have experienced poor service and behaviour from Ben at BP Scaffolding. Despite accommodating an early access request and storing of materials on-site, undue care was taken and damage was caused to the property, which the company is refusing to take liability for. The hire period was for 4 weeks, but it has now been more than 7 weeks and the scaffolding hasn’t been fully removed. No urgency to do so has been shown and a date for removal hasn’t been provided. Several other issues also. All in all, very poor.

  Excellent service

  Ben provided an excellent service - It was a tricky set-up and I had many requirements. Ben was very helpful discussing options, and the resulting scaffold met every requirement I had. He is someone who takes pride in his work and is very customer focused.

  Great service at a great price

  Superb service, reliable, flexible (adjusted scaffold, organised a pulley when needed) and all kit was very clean (which was important as it had to be carried through our house). Highly competitive on cost and we were very pleased to have used a local business with hard working ambitious owner.
