We had an unexpected leak coming through our downstairs ceiling. This was caused by pipes leaking when used. Contacted Billy on a Sunday and he responded straight away. As we had identified why the leak was occurring we were happy for Billy to come out on the Tuesday and he repaired/replaced the pipework within a morning. He's also given us a very reasonable quote for a new upstairs bathroom. Would 100% recommend as he's fitted 2 of my parents bathrooms both to a very high standard.

I have used Billy & his team several times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Billy has designed and fitted 2 complete bathrooms for me, literally from floor to ceiling. He wasn't happy with the floor so put a new one down, he meticulously seals all the walls before retiling them to ensure no moisture escape, a new ceiling was put in place and skimmed, his attention to detail when making sure the new shelving and boxing in pipework was level and perfect was exceptional. His tiling is spot on and he takes time to talk through his ideas and the best way to make the most of bathroom space. Super
