These guys are the experts and I should have called them first. I first rang Dynorod who said that they would send someone out, they never turned up even after a chase. I called Southern Water who said it was beyond their skill set as they didn’t have the tools but recommended that we call BP Drains who turned up 30mins after the call. The job was a challenge as the drains defied normality and there was no manhole. Paul refused to give up and tried every trick from his extensive experience and hey presto he solved the block. We needed a pipe clearing and surveying for the buyer of our property. I phoned BP Drains and Carl arranged for someone to come out on the same day! The job was completed to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company.

Paul attended my property at the time we had arranged and viewed the job. He was very informative about the type of waste system at the property and explaining that what I thought was a breakage was actually a blockage. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. A very reliable and trustworthy tradesman.

The guys at BP Drains could not have been more helpful and were there to Sort the problem early the next day after phoning. They were polite and solved the problem avoiding buying a new pump and saving hundreds of pounds . I genuinely could not recommend them highly enough. Great company!

Very quick to respond, turn up and complete the job. Explained in great detail the issue and fixed it in an efficient manner and left the area tidy.

BP Drains offers an unparalleled experience. Attentive, hardworking and reliable. They did this job in a couple of days. It was a horrible job excavating, clearing sewage, replacing pipes and repairing concrete sleeves and they did it without complaint and with a smile. Couldn’t recommend them more 🙏
