He was great. Actually saved me a lot of money because he found the reason for my problem which was a lot cheaper to fix than actually changing the boiler (and did that on the day). However, I needed something else fixed and he just never answered any of my messages or calls (I tried for over a week as I understand he could have been busy) and now I need to find somebody else for that job. That is why the review is not a 10/10
