Yesterday, I had an air conditioning unit installed, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Brooke and the electrician arrived on time. I booked the electrician through BP Air Conditioning and Refrigeration to keep things simple. Both were friendly and explained the process before getting started. They worked efficiently and made sure everything was installed perfectly. Anything that needed addressing, the installer asked and ran it by me first, which I really appreciated. Thanks guys we would book you again :)

Installer was tidy, helpful and did an excellent job. Unfortunately I can't give a 10 on timekeeping as the job ended up spread over 2 days instead of 1, then needed connection by a separate electrician. However this was due to unforseen circumstances and not directly his fault.

Brooke is very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job, keeping tidy and working around a busy office without causing any disruption
