  Bungalow Extension and New Windows

  The team at Boyland have done a huge amount of work on our bungalow over the passed 6 months. Replacing all the window and doors and building a new extension to the rear of the property and a new entrance on the front. The whole process with the Boyland team has been exceptional. Simon and his team have made sure we understood what was happening and when. Mike and Adam who managed the day to day work were brilliant, very professional and polite, they made everything work for us and kept the site tidy. Having this much work done in such a short space of time could have been a nightmare but the

  A builder you can trust.

  A great job completed by an excellent team. Of all the building work we have undertaken in previous houses, this team were by far the best. From the initial conversation with Simon through to completion of all the work, we have nothing but praise for the whole team.

  Warm roof solution plus windows and doors

  We are so pleased with the job that the Boyland team did to transform our tired old glass roof conservatory into a functional living space. Their installation of a warm roof system alongside new windows and French doors has given us the perfect solution to address the difficult extremes in temperature we experienced. We now have a cosy and comfortable living space that will last many years. The quality of workmanship was excellent. The team addressed any challenges promptly and found effective solutions to help meet our needs. Communication throughout was excellent.

  Patio doors installation - excellent

  20 year old patio doors (from another supplier) removed and replaced with new UPVC doors by Boyland. Griff and team did excellent job removing old doors, rectifying problems from previous installation (35mm out of plumb at one end) and installing new doors. Outside rendering was damaged in the process, but no problem. Liam came along a few days later to make good the rendering. Excellent match for surface texture and level. After painting cannot see joins. Boyland installed our timber front door 15 years ago, aluminium double glazed windows 10 years ago, all the same excellent expience.
