Mark was friendly and knowledgeable and he helped us to solve our problem really quickly. He was also really good at communicating and also arrived exactly when he said he would. I would definitely recommend him.

Mark visited twice, firstly to assess the nest which was in a vent into my son's bedroom, treat it, and make it safe. In his second visit a few days later, Mark checked there were no wasps alive and vacuumed up the next remains and insecticide. He was very thorough and efficient, arrived on time and maintained good communication throughout. He also went above and beyond by fixing a grill to the vent to prevent future infestations, mended my son's window that couldn't close properly, and provided us with a kit to fix to the window to keep all bugs out. He's a really great guy too!

Highly recommend Boycies, Mark couldn't have been more helpful. He came out at short notice, was very reassuring, and very thorough in his work. As well as locating and removing four separate wasps nests in our attic he also cleared out a load of old, dangerous pesticide that was in there from a removal by a previous owner, and documented the process on his phone for us to see. He is clearly very knowledge and cares about the creatures he interacts with, and additionally offers very reasonable rates.

Super happy with the job done, he's a lovely guy as well. 10/10.
