Ken’s knowledge and work is exceptional. He advised, sanded, replaced, stained and varnished our floors throughout the downstairs and two rooms upstairs of our 1920’s house. He works fast and thoroughly and is generally a very good guy! Could not recommend more. Thank you very much indeed Ken!

Ken was a brilliant find having been highly recommended by a friend. His care and attention to detail is impeccable as is his knowledge of his trade. He is very careful to give you all the information and advice you need in order that you can make an informed choice. He is an absolute grafter having amazed us by what he managed to achieve in the time available. Much to our amazement he leaves little or no dust which we were so surprised at given we'd sanded our own floors at a previous residence. Ken restored a 60 year old, oak parquet floor and it now looks sparkling. He worked really hard to get it completed and even when we were 'picky' he sorted it out. He is very experienced, fun to work with and has lots of great stories. Ken kept us up to date with progress, was punctual, and good at solving problems that he found with the floor. Ken was excellent from start to finish, his attention to detail is second to none. He is polite, respectful and extremely helpful not only with the work he was commissioned to carry out, but in assisting with the removal of furniture and other items that needed to be cleared from the rooms before he could start.
