Zak was excellent and kept me updated and replied promptly to my messages

Well pleased with Zak. Responded really quickly to the request to quote. Gave an accurate first estimate, followed up with a quick visit within a couple of days. Advised a date to complete the work & turned up bang on time on the day stated. Really friendly, polite & respectful. Good workmanship. A breath of fresh air. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zak & Bowers & I will definitely use them again for any future work when needed. Thanks very much

Zak and his colleague provided an excellent work today with resealing all windows and doors at our house. They were very polite, nothing was a trouble, clean and quick. I’m grateful for quick response since my job was posted and will keep in contact for future jobs.

Do not use this company. Paid just over 6000£ for refurbishment of timber conservatory - they sanded and repainted (dulux) outside only, replace gutter,replaced polly roof and 6x basic window replacement. Roof leaks worser than ever , the Zak kept saying he will fix it however after few attempted to fix issues for weeks, "new" roof leaks worser than old one we had and he now ignores the messages. New skylight leaks as well. For money i wasted on this company i could of done better job myself as we had to borrow money to fix our conservatory just for it to be worse than to start with ! Avoid!

Nothing but positive things to say, helped us out in an emergency situation where no other companies wanted to know, and managed to get our whole Velux window replaced next day. Communication was fast and the team all very friendly. Thank you again!

Really impressed with Zak and the young lad he brought with him, turned up exactly on time and got straight to work. There was minimal mess which was expected and both super polite and friendly. Very reasonably priced and Zak was upfront about every cost before he started. Already got my next job booked in!!
