Rob - main person you speak to but doesn’t do the jobs himself, sends other people. Living room painted and decorated by Matt Great job. LVT floor 3 rooms – Gideon -Great job. 2 radiators installed by Jack very good very polite. Rob himself is very difficult to work with, at the end was very rude, abrupt, unprofessional, and confrontational. 3 Chimneys removed, the only room that shouldn’t have been affected was left with thick dust everywhere! Rubble left coming out the fireplace, in rabbits litter trays! Thick dust everywhere! This was the room just decorated and new floor put down!

Commissioned Robert to carry out additional support works to an existing chimney stack where chimney breast had previously been removed. The work was carried out as per the structural engineer's plans. Good communications, open and honest discussions. No pressure. Fair price. Clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Robert and his team completed our utility room extension in less time than stated and on budget. The work was of a high standard. All protection of our property was observed and attention to keeping work areas clean after the days activity was observed. The attitude of the Steve the foreman was polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to contact Bower Building to carry out any future work.

I cannot speak too highly of the service provided by Rob and everyone connected with this job. Two pensioners whose porch was demolished by an out of control car. Rob took charge of the situation regardless of getting the future job. Made the structure safe and supported us in very stressful situation. The company helped install a plinth along the wall of my house in the back garden. The work was done nicely by a member of staff, Daniel, who was introduced to me by Rob in the morning. The work was done and they both were polite and turned up at the house on time. Though they arrived at the address a bit early, they waited in their vans until the appointed time. During their stay, they mended some minor issues for me. Rob is a responsible tradesman; when I called him after the work, he turned up at my doorstep as promised. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

We had a kitchen diner renovation just completed and cannot recommend Rob and his team highly enough. Great communication and professionalism and we even have further works planned. I can honestly say I will look to Rob and his team in the future.
