Fantastic service and quick resolution. The gentleman who attended our property to investigate a blocked drain was able to quickly identify a problem that our water company had not been able to after thorough investigation. He was friendly and explained everything to us step by step. We were also really pleased with the response rate, the gentleman arrived on our property the same afternoon we called, and this was on a bank holiday. We also had excellent customer service from the lady on the phone, who calmly helped us arrange this service. Just thought I would stop by here to say what a great service I received from these guys. I had a call from a tenant about a blocked loo. I rang BDS at 6.15pm last night and within the hour, they were on site ( at least 10 miles from their office ). They conducted a camera survey to identify the blockage and resolved it with minimal fuss. My tenant ( and I ) are over the moon with their speedy service.
