Upon contacting the company, they came the next day to survey the job, and then came the following day to carry out the repairs. I was kept updated of arrival times and throughout the work of what was required, including photos of the damaged tiles.

David Roe visited us promptly after our initial call to him and he explained what we needed doing to eradicate our problem. We were given an idea of when the work could be done but actually he came to us well before this . Work carried out very efficiently , we received friendly and expert service throughout .

David came over the next day to look at the problem and - because it was only a small job - fixed it immediately. Couldn't have been more pleased to get this sorted so quickly.

A quick friendly fuss-free service to remove two out of use flues and make roof watertight - done within a week to suit us and the neighbour. Nice to deal with a local reliable business.

Needed just a single broken slate replacing. Other roofers had promised to come and not turned up. Spoke to David at 4pm Monday, slate was replaced by 11am Tuesday, at a reasonable cost. Great!
