This is the second time I have used this company and have no hesitation in recommending this as a first class service. I fully expected having to replace my computer but Robert managed to get it working in the short term with recommendations for the future, without any pressure selling.

Within the hour of my telephoning Rob (after seeing his advert in our local newspaper and feeling assured that he belonged to Checkatrade) he arrived at my home and the issue was sorted immediately. It was a simple problem but I would not have known how to deal with it. I will certainly contact Bournemouth Computer Solutions in the future should the need arise, and would not hesitate recommending him to any friends. As well as repairing my screen, he offered me some valuable advice without confusing me with computer jargon.

Called because Checkatrade entry says the firm repairs printers (which they no longer do because it's not cost effective for clients, I found out). Despite this, lovely gent answered the phone with friendly supportive advice which worked. So my problem was fixed purely through generosity and expertise. Great firm!

Arrived on time as arranged. Diagnosed and pronounced computer not connected to printer. Not worth repairing, so supplied and fitted new printer, and took away old one
