Unlike their competitors who either didn’t respond or said it was too small a job Boston Home Improvements went above and beyond for what seemed like a simple job, delivering results that truly exceeded my expectations. Their professionalism, and service commitment were incredible. I highly recommend Boston Home Improvements and as an executive director within construction for many years I have never witnessed such service from a company I didn’t know until today. Boston Home Improvements,very professional in there work came out surveyed the area showed us some of there recent work and we had postive feedback,they completed a driveway and they did not disappoint,we are over the moon with our new drive and we would highly recommend Boston and his team for there work,lovely bunch of lads.

The company did a superb job. The workmen were polite, always on time and cleaned up after them. I couldn't fault them. Lots of my neighbours and passers by have said how good the finished work looks. It has definitely improved the look of my cottage.

BHI gave very poor service and erratic communication. Despite agreeing to the job, they repeatedly failed to show up on scheduled days, making excuses like diary errors, bad weather and being at another site, and often ignored calls and emails. Over several weeks they caused significant stress and inconvenience to an old lady who lives alone. UPDATE: They have now given a full apology for the distress caused to my pensioner Mother, and have compensated us financially. The job never happened but at least they took responsibility for their mistakes
