I recently had Boston Drives lay concrete for my mum's driveway, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. The quality of the work is excellent, but what truly stood out was the service. The team was incredibly considerate and made sure to communicate everything through me, her daughter, which was a great relief for my 80-year-old mum. She really appreciated the thoughtfulness and attentiveness shown. The job was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Unlike their competitors who either didn’t respond or said it was too small a job Boston Home Improvements went above and beyond for what seemed like a simple job, delivering results that truly exceeded my expectations.
