  Checking loft for mice

  Dave came round the same day as I posted. He was really personable and respectful of my home and my time (put boot covers on and was mindful I had meetings etc). He got straight to work and explained the process, took some pictures for me too so I could see what he was talking about. A great service.

  Wasp Nest Removal

  We would like to thank James for the excellent work he completed in our loft which required the removal of 3 Wasp Nests initially and his closer inspection revealed 3 more nests. James worked meticulously to remove them and clean-up afterwards. He clearly has an excellent knowledge of wasps and he gave us some sound advice along the way. I would most definitely recommend his services and use this company again. Many thanks.

  Mouse Infestation

  Called on a Sunday afternoon for engineer to attend the next day. James attended the next day and he was absolutely fantastic. He checked the room thoroughly where we saw a mouse and found the source of food. He proceeded to check underneath the kitchen units, airing cupboard and loft space. He also gave us some very good advice. Furthermore he found a serious leak from our water cylinder when checking the airing cupboard which potentially could have saved some serious damage. Honestly, I would definitely recommend using their services.

  Excellent company. Lady who took my call explained services provided and detailed the process. Declan the pest control guy was lovely. Reassured me that he would rid me of mice and rat. Explaining in detail what he’d done and that there would be 4 further follow ups

  Rat infestation-pest control

  Massive thankyou to James May. Excellent gent, very knowledgeable, helpful, excellent job, rats delt with and went above and beyond! Communication was excellent, fair price and very detailed report which helped get the water company to repair the drain the rats were using to enter the property! All done from start to finish very quickly, less than 3 weeks. Would highly recommend.

  James was a pleasure to deal with and as someone with a slight irrational fear of anything creepy or crawly put my mind at rest straight away. If I ever had a reason to call James again I wouldn’t hesitate and would highly recommend
