lovely chap, great price, arrived on the date and time he said he would. and also re quoted when he found out there was less work to do than originally thought.

Just poor customer service. If they don't want the jobs, just say so rather than string you along.

Ed has been great - really friendly, professional and efficient. He understood the needs of our college and has worked around to support us (so our SEND students weren't disturbed). We've got more work so I'll be using this service again.
