Kept me well informed gave me plenty of notice when he had to reschedule due to wether as the conditions need to by dry for the treatment to work, attended when he said he would provided pictures of progress and kept me well informed for what to do after the treatment has worked.

Turned up when he said, tidied, trimmed everything in the beds as requested, left the place clean and tidy.

Tom did an excellent job trimming a large overgrown 'Red Robin' bush in our back garden. Left the garden spotless and provided some additional advice in the rest of the garden. Thanks Tom!
