Great communication, reliable and efficient! Had a toilet with recurring issues not flushing well, water backs up, some bad smell coming up sometimes. I first got a local plumber to look a couple of times and still didn't solve the issue, plus he was constantly not showing up. I found Bon Plumbing on Checkatrade and what a difference! From the start communication was great which put me at ease, and they showed up when they say they will, had all tools on hand to fix the issue without repeat visits, and also took the time to explain to me what were the problems and what they did. 100% recommend

great communication, from initial quote and review of what needed to be done and the parts I needed to purchase, removed old radiators and fitted new ones, area kept clean and ensured was all working properly before finishing the job. will be getting more radiators fitted by this company, would recommend.
