Had an issue with my toilet not filling up properly .Rang the office to enquire if they could do the job,and literally within 20 minutes the plumber was at my door with the replacement part,which took only a few minutes to fit. Not the biggest job in the world,but a great service carried out by a very pleasant and knowledgeable chap. First time I had used Bon Plumbing,but on this experience I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Recommended.

Was really quick at getting back to me even though I made the enquiry over the weekend. Was very friendly and accommodating to my work schedule when booking the appointment. Problem was solved straight away. Will 100% be using them again for any future work needed

We could not be happier with everything about our full bathroom refit. From Ben coming to see the room and making suggestions including pointing us in the direction of showrooms where we could view what is available, to them being happy to come back in a couple of months to finish off the rear pipework after the exterior wall has been rendered, nothing is too much trouble for them. The work was completed with the minimum mess. They kept us informed at every stage and were always punctual. Our new bathroom is everything we had hoped for and the finish is exceptional.

From start to finish everything has been fantastic, the quality of finish in my bathroom is amazing and if I could give Ben and the others more than 10 out of 10 I would. Highly recommend them. They have taken my bathroom from something I was ashamed of, to something I am proud of. Always on time, kept me up to date daily as to what was going to be done that day. What more can I say, I'd highly highly recommend them.

I’m so pleased with the service from Mark. I called about our shower which was stuck on a ridiculously hot temperature and he came the same day, which in itself was amazing. Mark was able to fix the shower there and then, couldn’t have asked for more really. Overall a very prompt, professional service. Great communication too. Thank you,
