Ryan was punctual and friendly. He completed the jobs efficiently, clearing up any mess and everything was working as it should be when he finished. I phoned Ryan who listened to my description of the fault and understood stright away the situation. I had previously enquired with another provider but their emails showed that they weren't actually listening to me so I appreciated Ryan's time. He arranged a day to visit which was very soon and he kept in contact with me to let me know when to expect him. He was a friendly and relaxed person and he sorted the issue with no fuss. Job location: BS3Ryan did a great job in finding the fault, he had to check almost every socket in the house to find an earth cable that had come loose, went above and beyond to complete the work in one afternoon/evening. I would highly recommend Ryan and will be using his services again in the future. Great Job !
