  Quick, friendly, polite, courteous

  Steve was very polite and courteous, even offering to take his shoes off so he wouldn't dirty my carpet. The job was completed quickly and professionally and he was very pleasant to talk to. Very satisfied and highly recommended!

  Prompt response and great communication even prior to booking. Engineer arrived on time and boiler service was brilliant. Certificate was sent straight after.

  Yearly service done the right way.

  Had a boiler service. Good price, good communication, turned up when they said they would (so managed to fit in around work), kept the place tidy and left it as they found it, top job. Will definitely be using them for next years service

  Fixing a leaking port on an unvented cylinder

  Boilertech Recommendation

  I have recently had some work carried out on one of my bathrooms by Boilertech NE. I have used this company on a number of occasions over the past two and half years to correct various heating and plumbing issues since occupying the house three years ago. I have always found Marc and his excellent team very competent in all respects and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
