    Combi boiler not re- pressuring.

    Mark was extremely helpful, it turns out it was ‘user error’ on the filling loop, but as he was being paid for the hour, he rectified that problem and gave the boiler a ‘check up’ and sorted one of the valves on a rad. Would definitely use again.

    Gas uncapped and cooker fitted

    Easy to contact on the phone and got an appointment is a short time. He explained everything on the phone about what would need doing and the price etc. The engineer turned up on time and spoke me through all the work that was going to be carried out. Kept mess to an absolute minimum and tidied up behind themselves. The engineer had his apprentice son with him and he was really thorough with making sure he’d completed everything to the correct standard and seemed like a really good teacher/mentor with lots of patience. They were both very friendly and I’m very happy with the job

    Used Mark for both a boiler service and subsequently fitting of a broken part.

    Mark was great on communication, called when he was on route and was well within the booked time windows. He worked quickly and tidily and I cannot fault the service he has provided. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to family and friends

    Heating/Hot Water issue fixed

    Had an issue with my boiler not lighting and the valve not switching between hot water and heating. Both issues fixed and that meant an 8.30pm finish. Happy with the work/service carried out and that meant my children didn’t freeze through the night
