The leakage stopped but hot water was not running properly, so I called him back to fix the problem but he would want to charge me again and ended up arguing with me and in the process he insulted me by calling me a name.

Very friendly and helpful. Gave us an estimate for the work over the phone and came to look at the job the same day. Worked quickly and efficiently, would definitely recommend!
