  I couldn’t be happier with the service from Boiler Doctor PhD! Our boiler stopped working right when the weather turned cold, and Alex came to the rescue the same day. He quickly diagnosed the issue (faulty thermostat) and had everything fixed and running perfectly in no time. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without any pressure or sales tactics. The pricing was fair, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s such a relief to find someone this reliable. I’ll definitely be using Boiler Doctor PhD again and recommending them to friends!

  Without doubt, Alex is the most professional tradesman we know. Work is consistently carried out to an exceptional high standard. Alex has done a lot of work for us and on this occasion he corrected a problem where a previous plumber had cut corners and in addition competed a number of jobs quickly and efficiently.

  Boiler problems

  With three young kids and no hot water or central heating when I phoned him and told he made time for me even though he was busy a came and did the work for me he was very honest and very polite, people like that are very hard to find now a day's and he doesn't take advantage of the situation and he is definitely going to be the only one I call and even phone my friends and told them His honesty is un match and his professionalism in doing his job is 100/10 Thank you Alex

  False alarm

  Alex discovered I had accidentally switched off the gas supply to boiler and that’s what was causing the problem !
