Needed the boiler repaired before Christmas, we were fitted in asap and Tom was very thorough and explained everything clearly. He didn't try to over sell anything and gave us the options without a hard sell. He fixed the boiler in a timely manner. In the long run it will need replacing but it works now and when it needs replacing we will definitely be using Boilercraft LTD. Excellent service.
