Bob provided an estimate for a list of jobs to be included when building an ensuite in our bedroom. The work was carried out quickly, and very efficiently. Bob was willing to include add ons such as a replacement plug in a washbasin, rebuilding the existing wardrobe in the adjoining room. Bob had a clear understanding about what we wanted and delivered as promised.

Bob and his team were very easy to work with from start to finish. They were prompt and worked weekends where needed to ensure each stage was ready for the next (roof, flooring, plastering etc). Bob and his team are friendly and honest and always kept us in the loop with what was happening and what to expect next. Everything was kept tidy and accessible and they were mindful of the surrounding properties.

I was very happy with the work on my property . I had a new roof, a hall way converted and an internal wall knocked down and all plastered. Small path built and new step.

The work was done quickly, to a very high standard and at the agreed price. Bob's communication with me was good and both he and his tradesman, Lee, were always polite and friendly. The job site was cleaned up after each days work and the place was left clean and dust free when all the work was finished. I have used Bob on many occasions in the past, have always been happy with the quality and timely delivery of his work. I will definitely use Bob again when the occasion arises and would recommend Bob to anyone needing property maintenance.

They were extremely efficient in every aspect of the work carried out. Very hard working team. Very helpful and friendly and got on with the work and completed all aspect to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble to do. We would certainly have them again to do some work on the property.

Called Bob yesterday to see when he could come and quote on some work I need on my porch . He arrived today to view the work and I have now received my quote. That is good service !
