The work was done quickly, to a very high standard and at the agreed price. Bob's communication with me was good and both he and his tradesman, Lee, were always polite and friendly. The job site was cleaned up after each days work and the place was left clean and dust free when all the work was finished. I have used Bob on many occasions in the past, have always been happy with the quality and timely delivery of his work. I will definitely use Bob again when the occasion arises and would recommend Bob to anyone needing property maintenance.

They were extremely efficient in every aspect of the work carried out. Very hard working team. Very helpful and friendly and got on with the work and completed all aspect to a very high standard. Nothing was too much trouble to do. We would certainly have them again to do some work on the property.

Called Bob yesterday to see when he could come and quote on some work I need on my porch . He arrived today to view the work and I have now received my quote. That is good service !

The building was done with great care. The builders was polite and worked hard .The small extension was done in the time they said and they kept me updated.so thank you .

We had a leak in our roof and Bob came out literally the day we called to take a look patch us up and quote for the job which was cheaper than we had been quoted elsewhere. Turned up to do the work on the day and time he said he would, Bob and his team worked quickly and efficiently and tidied up afterwards. Great service - will definitely use again
