  A jack of all trades, and an honest builder.

  Lee quoted for several jobs. He was honest about jobs that he thought either didn't need doing, or that we could easily do ourselves. He replaced the outside drain, completed plastering/patching up after we had had some rooms rewired and repointed a small area of an outside wall. He provided a competitive price for both, he was also able to commence both jobs quite quickly after providing quotes, the standard of his work was very good. I was very happy with the standard of the all the work. I will definitely keep him in mind for any future work as well as recommending him to all my friends.

  We had a great experience with Lee. He was extremely knowledgeable about the pointing work we needed and took the time to talk us through everything clearly. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and communication was excellent throughout. We couldn’t have asked for more.

  Trustworthiness and experience

  Lee came around within 10 minutes of my request via checkatrade and had a quick look at what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable and approachable and you felt a genuineness with him. After investigation and quote he was able to resolve the issue of water leaking through the front bay window a couple of weeks before Christmas after phoning on the morning to say he could do the job that morning before starting another job elsewhere. Lee showed consideration, was hard working, trustworthy and approachable. I would definitely use this firm again in the future.

  Knows his stuff about building!

  I am very impressed with the quality and finish of the work. I’m a bit of a perfectionist and Boardman,s work did far from disappoint. It is neat, ascetically plumb, and am looking forward to fitting the new window in the cut. They even cleaned up and got rid of the bricks and gave everywhere a clean with water. Will definitely call again with building jobs. Kept to his word, exceeded expectations, top marks from me

  Repointing a section of wall behind a down pipe

  Lee and Rhys (Reece?) did an excellent job. The only tradesmen to ask about the mortar (lime or regular) and they mixed a couple of different red colour mortars to match other areas of the wall and got me to choose the one I preferred. Good attention to detail!
