I had 5 contractors come to visit and Brad at BNR was by far the most professional, reasonable, and understanding of the vision. The quality of the refurb has been second to none and Brad has been great to deal with, quick responses, whether its 5am or 10pm, he has got back to me quickly. I live in an apartment so renovating the WHOLE place was never going to be easy, but nothing was a problem for BNR. Within 4 weeks, they replaced my kitchen, bathroom, built a second bedroom area, replaced flooring and lighting throughout along with other little odd jobs and I couldn't be happier.

We’re extremely pleased with the decking rebuild. The workmanship is excellent and the finished result looks fantastic. Everything was explained clearly from the start — what the work would involve and exactly how it would be carried out — which gave us real confidence. He was professional throughout, communicated well, and always let us know when he would be on site. Very impressed with the quality of work & the overall service. Subsequently, he also took up a bedroom floor to level it ready for new wardrobes - another job carried out efficiently. Very professional and would highly recommend.

Brad renovated my kitchen after it was damaged by a fire and I really wish I had found him sooner. He replastered the walls, dealt with damp issues, painted everything, and fitted my new kitchen extractor, all to a high standard. Brad is genuinely a lovely person. Smart, polite, and very easy to work with. Communication was clear throughout. He always went the extra mile to sort out any issues and make sure everything was done properly. I will definitely be hiring him again for any future work in my home!

Amazing work from Brad. Asked him to complete a massive job of taking out a load bearing wall and block up another doorway and despite all the complications the house threw at him, Brad did an amazing job and stuck with it and was great to have do this job for us.
