Ricky and the BN Blinds team provided an excellent service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. They supplied and fitted curtain poles for 4 windows and arranged for my curtains to be altered and then fitted them. Connor always arrived on time ( or contacted me if he was going to be delayed) Bianca was always pleasant and helpful. We are so lucky to have BN blinds in Little Common.

I do not like giving bad reviews and the actual work carried out was done to a good standard but the curtain fitter (owner) turned up late then started moaning about having to cancel or put back the next appointments as our existing curtain rods were a problem and he was going to be delayed. This is the same person that came around previously to measure up and must have seen the curtain rods at that time. His demeanour made us feel we were in the wrong and my wife got very upset by his attitude, at the finish he packed up and just left without asking if we were happy with the work.

The company were quick to set up an appointment for the quote which they gave on the spot. They called as soon as the blinds had arrived to arrange a suitable time to fit them. The fitter arrived on time and took no time at all in fitting our two blinds (one of which was in an awkward landing location at the top of our staircase). No mess at all was made. Would definitely use the company again and recommend them to others.

This is our second time we have used this company, the first is when the owner Ricky fitted all our blinds through out our home and did an excellent job. Therefore we had no hesitation going back to him to have a velvet partition curtain made and fitted. Once again he did a perfect job, I cannot recommend the company and Ricky highly enought. BN blinds were punctual, the work was carried out efficiently and professionally. They kept us informed at all times. They cleaned up and did not leave any rubbish. Rick and his team were courteous and polite and did everything they said they would. 10 out of 10. This is the third time we have used BN Blinds and would recommend them every time
