  Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish from Matt and team at B&M Plumbing and Heating. The team were punctual, tidy, respectful of the house and clearly take real pride in their work. Every detail was finished perfectly and they made what could have been a stressful project feel completely straightforward. The finished bathroom looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier and if you’re considering a new bathroom, I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation. A brilliant job from start to finish!

  Great renovation of two bathrooms.

  We had a bathroom and ensuite renovated. Paul and his team did a great job, working around tricky issues and pulling things together around other trades. They were really helpful and persevered when things didnt go perfectly. We are really happy with the job they did. The price was also really reasonable. Would happily use again.

  We are pleased with the work carried out by Matt and his team. The whole job was handled in a professional manner from start to finish, with excellent scheduling and timing throughout. They took great care of the property, keeping everything clean and tidy at the end of each working day, which was much appreciated. Matt was always courteous, polite, and easy to communicate and work with. We would also like to specifically mention Marc for the tiling work, which was completed to a very high standard and looks excellent. Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to recommend

  We had Paul and his team in our home for a downstairs bathroom refurbishment. From start to finish they have been brilliant. Paul came around to quote for the work. The price was around what we expecting, but we really liked Paul and his attitude to the job, so we accepted the quote. During install, they treated our home with respect, arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a joy to have around. To top it off, the quality of work was top notch and the finish was amazing. Would 100% recommend B&M. Thank you so much Paul, Felix, Sam and Dave.

  Paul, Felix and Shaun recently refurbished our bathroom from the ground up. The bathroom likely hadn't been refurbed in decades, so it was a total conversion, which they did extremely well. We really appreciated their 'no fuss' approach when it came to the inevitable pivots we had to make in a few areas when dealing with such an old space. Very skilled, very flexible, and great to work with. Would highly recommend.
