We had Paul and his team in our home for a downstairs bathroom refurbishment. From start to finish they have been brilliant. Paul came around to quote for the work. The price was around what we expecting, but we really liked Paul and his attitude to the job, so we accepted the quote. During install, they treated our home with respect, arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble for them and they were a joy to have around. To top it off, the quality of work was top notch and the finish was amazing. Would 100% recommend B&M. Paul, Felix and Shaun recently refurbished our bathroom from the ground up. The bathroom likely hadn't been refurbed in decades, so it was a total conversion, which they did extremely well. We really appreciated their 'no fuss' approach when it came to the inevitable pivots we had to make in a few areas when dealing with such an old space.
