Billy and Justin were really professional and got the job done swiftly ( a new shower from scratch ) ready for Christmas! They were really friendly and helpful and nice to have around and they left the house spotless. The shower looks really great.

Billy completed our bathroom installation within the agreed schedule of works. All tasks were carried out in the most professional manner. Billy was a pleasure to deal with and we were impressed with his eye for detail. He also ensured that the area was tidy after a day's work. The end result was a lovely new bathroom. Would have no hesitation to recommend him for any projects.

We have relied on Billy for many years over multiple houses and he's never let us down. Recently we had a whole bathroom refit and Billy provided his usual excellent service. Reliable, professional and really took care over the details. Billy organised all the other trades and also provided us with a plan of who was coming when and what work will be carried out each day. His workmanship is excellent and he stuck to the agreed budget. We will continue to use Billy for any future plumbing work.

Very pleased with the work Billy and the team carried out. The bathroom has been totally transformed and finished to a high standard. All whilst keeping the house clean despite the bathroom being stripped back, walls straightened, the floor leveled, new plumbing and total rearrangement of the layout, all done with care and attention. The communication was great throughout, which was reassuring. We knew the job was in safe hands . He suggested design changes based on the room’s quirks, which improved both the function and look. I am delighted with the new bathroom that Billy and his team created. They removed the entire contents of a small, tired bathroom in a Victorian house and transformed it into a bright, well equipped bathroom. Billy provided a schedule of works and payment plan, both of which he kept to. He was there every day of the two and a half weeks. Billy was project manager and plumber. He contracted a carpenter, electrician, plasterer, tiler, decorator and arranged rubbish removal. Everyone was professional, conscientious and pleasant and the house was kept clean and tidy. I’m happy to recommend Billy.

Billy was outstanding in all regards throughout what was a challenging 3 week bathroom project. It all started with a detailed schedule of works that Billy planned down to a T with our inputs. His project management skills were evident with contingencies in place to accommodate his team of tradespersons, all of whom were utmost professionals. Billy's attention to detail in making our bathroom design a reality was excellent. The attached photos taken 3 weeks apart are a testament to his hard work, flexibility and continuous communication. My wife and I could not be happier with the end result!
