Just had a new radiator and a new shower cartridge fitted and I am so pleased with all aspects of the job. Communication was spot on, attention to detail, time frames, quote and end result were all brilliant. Thank you for being so efficient and lovely to have in the property. Neat and tidy and kept me up to date throughout the work. Highly recommend BM plumbing.

Total refit of plumbing in main bathroom and ensuite, including fitting shower pump, shower cubicle, corner bath and replacement radiator. Taps, drains and toilet flush also replaced. Bobby and his colleague completed the work efficiently and on schedule, updating us throughout on materials needed, etc.

Bobby worked extremely hard to use his w. and d. vacuum cleaner to suck out debris in pipework originating in the cold water tank thus allowing normal water flow to resume down to the bathroom. It was an awkward job because the water in the vacuum cleaner was so heavy. He was professional throughout and explained what he was doing. He managed to deal with the problem quickly and efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. He is an excellent plumber who knows what he is doing.

Texted Bobby regarding the issue with the toilet that has been leaking small amount of water after each flush. Bobby replied promptly and came to the house, as promised, to have a look the next day. He was able to identify the issue and fixed it then and there. For someone with challenging diary entries each week, Bobby is definitely the kind of tradesman that I need - reliable, good at what he does and deals with things promptly and professionally. Highly recommended!
