Bearing in mind Bobby arrived with a colleague (James) to replace my rusty cold water tank , I thought that the cost was reasonable. Both plumbers were respectful , customer orientated , worked hard and explained various aspects of the job. I have used Bobby before and he is a safe pair of hands in terms of his approach and years of experience. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Bobby has done several small plumbing jobs for me over the past 2-3 years and always been very helpful. When I needed to completely re-do my shower room, he was the obvious choice to do it. Bobby came round and I explained what I wanted and he suggested a bathroom supplier who again were very helpful. When it came to doing the job, Bobby enlisted another plumber and they did the job together. I am very happy with the results. Bobby and his colleague were tidy and respectful.

I contacted the company due to a kitchen sink blockage. Despite having only just got home from a previous job, Bobby called and came round within 15 minutes of that call. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently and the cost was very reasonable.

Absolutely delighted by the bathroom renovation works carried out by Bobby- he was precise, reliable and flexible to our request and requirements. Highly recommend him for all plumbing works. Will definitely reach out to him for our other bathroom renovations 😁

Just had a new radiator and a new shower cartridge fitted and I am so pleased with all aspects of the job. Communication was spot on, attention to detail, time frames, quote and end result were all brilliant. Thank you for being so efficient and lovely to have in the property. Neat and tidy and kept me up to date throughout the work. Highly recommend BM plumbing.
